HRZenith is building an AI-assisted HR compliance workspace for UK employers, SMEs and HR consultants. This privacy policy explains how we handle information submitted through this website, in particular the early access waitlist. References to “we”, “us” and “HRZenith” mean HRZenith.

When you join the early access waitlist, we collect:

• Work email
• Company name
• Role
• Organisation type
• Company size
• Main interest
• Optional message
• Consent confirmation
• Technical metadata such as a hashed IP address and browser user-agent, used for security and spam prevention

We do not store your raw IP address — only a salted, one-way hash used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Waitlist information is stored securely in the configured waitlist database. A local JSON file storage option exists for development purposes only and is not used in production.

We keep waitlist information until the early access programme is complete, or until you request deletion — whichever is sooner.

• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Withdraw your consent to be contacted

This website does not intentionally use non-essential tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated and any required notices or controls will be provided.

The public website waitlist does not process your submissions through AI. AI-assisted features are part of the HRZenith product and are separate from this website.
